How to Request Data Deletion
If you have interacted with our website, submitted a contact form, or conversed with Laura Bot via Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, and wish to have all stored records deleted, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@thepresenceforge.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- In the body of the email, provide your full name, the email address, and/or the phone number/social media handle used during interaction.
- Our compliance team will verify the identity and permanently delete all records associated with your account within 48 business hours.
Automated Deletion Process
Once processed, all CRM records, webhook conversation logs, and contact details will be completely purged from our database. You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is completed.
